Pilates & Yoga Teachers

Michele Taylor Bradley

I am a Wyoming native with over 30 years of experience as a high school educator, a career rooted in supporting, encouraging, and helping others grow. As I round the corner toward retirement from education, I find myself asking how I can continue doing what I love most—helping people feel confident, capable, and supported in their everyday lives.

Pilates brings all of my passions together. It allows me to combine my love of movement, my commitment to helping others, and my belief that everyone deserves to feel strong in their own body. My approach is welcoming, thoughtful, and centered on meeting people exactly where they are. I am honored to share this journey and create a space where movement feels empowering.

Heather Knievel

I’m Heather, a proud Gillette native with a big passion for fitness and living an active lifestyle. Whether I’m weight lifting, hiking, or flowing through a Pilates class, you can almost always find me moving in some way. If it involves being active, getting outdoors, or spending time with my husband and our two dogs, I’m all in. Helping others feel their best is something that truly lights me up. During the day, I teach progressive exercise therapy at a chiropractic clinic here in Gillette, where I love helping people heal, regain strength, and build confidence through progressive rehab. I’m incredibly excited to be teaching Pilates here in Gillette—something I’ve completely fallen in love with. My goal is not only to share that passion, but to help others discover how amazing Pilates can make them feel, fall in love with the process, and crush their goals along the way.
